Over the other side of town, you’ll find Kalki Moon – a family owned and operated boutique distillery specialising in gin, vodkas and liqueurs. For the craft beer lovers, there is also The Brewhouse, serving up Bargara Brewing Co beers.
For the nature lovers, you can’t beat what Bundaberg has to offer. Take a stroll around the Botanic Gardens and see all sorts of fruit trees loving the subtropical climate. For something more adventurous, jump aboard the Reef Empress and explore the Southern Great Barrier Reef with the crew from The Lady Musgrave Experience. If you time your visit right, you may even be able to Splitters Farm, nestled on the idyllic Splitters Creek. Here you can meet some adorable farm animals on a guided tour with owners Ash and Carly Clark.
